In November 2016, Paradigm completed a 25,000 litre packaged pumping station for the new development at the iconic Wycombe Abbey School in Buckinghamshire.
The school, celebrating 120 years this year, is set in magnificent listed conservation grounds spanning more than 160 acres offering a superb environment for both students and staff. Due to the site layout, the new state-of-the-art student accomodation block required a packaged pumping station for the foul waste discharge into the nearest Thames Water sewer. Paradigm worked closely with the groundwork contractor and the consulting engineers to design and build a suitable GRP pumping system comprised of submersible pumps with 80mm solids handling capacity installed on a guiderail system.
