In January 2017, Paradigm completed a foul water pumping stations at South West Train’s depot extension at Clapham Junction Station
The project consisted of extending a sidings shed and installing a new rail line with a below ground maintenance pit. The pumping station was to be explosion proof and was installed in the shed to remove the foul waste from the engineers canteen and toilet facilities. The system comprised of a dual pump guiderail mounted solution with remote monitoring capability installed within the control panel.
The client, South West Rail have been carrying out these works to increase their rail efficiency and capabilities in and around London.
